September 22 - iPod Ferrari

Just to underline Steve Jobs' point about cars supporting iPods, Ferrari announced that their 599 Fiorano (the red car) will support iPods via an in-built dock as standard now. First announced at the Geneva Motor Show last year, the car has a top speed of 205mph (Measley compared to Hammond's rocket powered dragster!) and an intricately modelled chasis built on the 612 scagletti. Without a doubt, the car's 12V engine can punch holes through any time trial you give it. Still not as good looking as the lovely limited-edition (aka. 185 of them) Lamborghini Gallardo Nera (the black car). But I'm straying from the point. What I mean to say is, there are alot of lovely iPod supporting cars out there, but one with a specially made dock is worth a second look. Kudos to Ferrari.

Alpha says "The 599 isn't built off the 612 and it's not a 12V engine. It's a V12. A 90 degree V12."
And he knows his cars.
Bad Delta! Bad!
